Do I need a dedicated server/hardware to run the software?
No. We will completely manage and host the website on your behalf.
This helps us to guarantee security within a controlled environment. In addition,
our hosting gives us high uptime and bandwidth. Our servers are located in a
secure datacenter with direct connections to leading providers such as Level 3, Comcast,
tw telcom, and Internap. We conduct hourly backups and have onsite generators in case of
power failure.

What about training?
Our software is so easy to use that on-site training is not necessary. We provide step-by-step
instructions and 24/7 e-mail support.

Does the NSLP allow online applications?
Part 2 Section E of the Eligibility Manual for School Meals for the NSLP (see here)
states that "the LEA may accept applications electronically
and may provide for electronic signatures for such submissions."

How secure is your website?
All submissions are secured through 128bit AES SSL encryption. Our servers are
completely locked down and only accessible to a select few administrators. All
user data is segregated and only accessible to that particular district.

How will I know when new applications are submitted?
E-mails are generated every morning at 8am when new applications exist than have not been
printed for your records. This setting and the e-mail address are configurable.

How long does it take to setup?
Upon receipt of a purchase order, your site will be ready within 3 business days.
